As part of the Plaid Cannabiz leadership team, partner with a California cannabis start-up to launch the first fruit-based edible with no sugar added—entering a fast-growing category dominated by traditional formulations.
Strategy
Create the SolDaze Snacks™ name, brand identity, packaging, website, social presence, sales tools, and retail strategy. Every element was designed to clearly communicate innovation, health-forward differentiation, and mass retail appeal in a highly competitive edibles market.
Results
The brand’s success was so impactful that the leading industry data platform formally established a no sugar added edibles category. SolDaze Snacks™ scaled rapidly and was ultimately acquired by a leading distributor—validating both the product innovation and brand strategy.
