Challenge
Develop packaging for a Sunkist® licensee entering the natural foods category with freeze-dried fruit. Starting with a core SKU, the goal was to also include a value-added extension while maintaining a cohesive, on-brand line.
Strategy
Leverage the “fresh” equity of the Sunkist brand and balance it with modern cues that signal quality, simplicity, and shelf appeal. Messaging and visual hierarchy were carefully integrated to ensure the line felt unified, premium, and retail-ready.
Results
A vibrant, appetizing packaging system that stands out on shelf and resonates with both sophisticated snackers and the next generation of health-conscious consumers. The designs were enthusiastically received by key distributors and the Sunkist brand team.
